it is very annoying when you have typed out a long entry, with full details and sensiblity, and then with just a wrong click of the mouse, everythings gone. it is getting too tiring.
Summary
Most of our graphics were redid after Miss Ng and Miss Choen talked to us last week. Sya had the furnitures removed and the flooring toned down, as according to the lecturers these 2 things looked very clickable and seemed to be their main focus as soon as they get to that page. The bedroom and the kitchen were made more clearer to show more indications to navigate around. Pear has been working on the whole bedroom application including the graphics. She faced some difficulties, as according to her, there far too many scripts and she didnt even know whether she was on the right track. Fortunately, Miss Ng came to her rescue yesterday and helped out with the visual panels. She helped Pear with some stuff and gave a stable base for Pear to finish up on the bedroom this morning. Cat took her bathroom and changed the colors and perpectives after being told by Miss Ng and Miss Choen last week that they looked to contrasting and the perspectives looked 'off'. She is at the moment, trying to finish up on the flash animations. Andy had finished with the living room application and the introduction page. We are all trying to finish up on the applications so that Andy and Pear can work on the poster and packaging design while Sya and Cat can continue with the website which is halfway done, and clean up on the proposal and storyboard. The flowchart had been done earlier today.
Hope all will go well with the remaining last 2 days. finishing up with the rest of the work is big worry. The kitchen application is only starting today and we only have 1 and half day to finish up on the poster and packaging. May we overcome our tiredness and give our last remaining energy and effort for our work.
After that, we can all fly kite. :) sorry, that was very out of the blue.

ayeee!!!i have forgotten to post yesterday and so i am posting this morning. i am cat. yaps with my second post. alrite yesterday...is a productive day actually!!!happy!!everyone seemed quite relieved with our main sub pages almost done so that we can move on to our director program and our other sub sub pages..!!heh heh.!! ^_^

yesterday, pearlyn was doin on her bed room, and me was doin on my bath room, sya doin her living room and started on lobby, and andy started the director!!

all of us have met problems. ALOT! but we managed to handle it after some time. pear, sya and me was having problems with the colour of the graphics. and andy was having problems into what kind of scripts he can get and couple of script he seeked help from our classmate, thanks to ahmad. and most of all mr choong, our lecturer.

we gave each other comments and opinions in order to improve our work. and yaps, reallyyyyyyyy frustrating at times..but we take in comments =D!!!!! and yaps, better work was shown.!!for me, i really had problems getting the correct design of my bath room, and i got help from pearlyn, as for the colours i got the codes from sya.

we have completed our main page, ahmz..maybe will need to add a little bit more things yah..mayb some more movements or something..and yaps will work on our lobby, which is part of our main page's animation.

after going home, andy stayed back to do director, and he sent me the director file and others at night thru email, so that i couuld work on it, and today when i came to schol, i had to seek help from pearlyn and andy again as i have some problems with scripting the behaviour scripts..thanks to pearlyn and andy!

however, sya has been scared that she has been doin too little things, but no no, she had done the living room all by herself and the lobby-she traced out and did all the colours, and she also having a little headache of what to improve with the lobby! and also her work is indeed "WOW"..haas! so don't worry sya!

okay! coming to the end of tuesday's post, i wan to conclude again, today is a productive day, although all of us are very very tired, but we are still happy that we could make it for the wednesday's presentation. alrites, ah! yaps and andy IS quite good at scripting =D!

we will be working on website, packaging, and poster and and director next week. we aim to finish graphics and storyboard by friday.

Oh hie. Its sya with my second post here. Looks like pear has got us some really pretty template over here, but alil too gay for mr Andy...no wait. HE IS GAY!! Like duh! what was i thinkin. haha..our work progess is going quite smoothly. But bodies are starting to ache, and to think that its only Monday!!! Indeed we all felt the Monday blues, but we managed to get the main page done, Hearth is splendid-looking. BUT! theres always a but to everything. Our sub-pages are lookin quite depressing at the moment. Im working on the living room still, while pear has switched from the bedroom graphics to the bathroom. and cat took over her task. We are quite a complicated bunch. Wednesday is another presentation that we're all anticipating for, that means tomorrow is our last day to get the graphics done so Andy can get the application ready. ok. too tired to rattle on. Ok, andy is yacking in the background right now...."Agree?? everyone go home, rest. Night then work and meet online. Agree?!" hmmmm...yeaaaah...thats our Andy. till next time. muchos gracias for your lovely time.

as the people of new orleans struggle to survive, the people of I.M-01 amd I.M-02 do understand how they feel. our heartfelt condolence to the people of new orleans. anyhow, here's the lowdown for today's work.
we have to restart on our images (again)which meant that our work yesterday was FUTILE! but i believe we can make good progress over the week. i've been stuck at the authoring part for quite some time now. must make up during the weekends. i do hope the other groups slack during the weekends so we can catchup with them. ver mean, i know, but its a dog eat dog world.
kudos to my mates today, in the midst of the other groups doing horrible things to me and the fact that we have to restart, we managed to finish off most of our task we were supposed to do for the day.
ok.. have fun for the weekends people.

okIEz. today . iTs my turn to blog . gee . today... day 4. yea every thing is in a mess again . live is so hectic . n our project ish chaotic. we've the concept but we couldnt synchronize. upon our turn to mett the Supervisors . we were all like yea . okeiz meeet . n we had idea .but . we all present it in another way . thus we were all asked to go bakc to discuss again .finally . the second meet up is a better one compared to before. the corny part was . the lecs. luffed at our bed concept . n we all ended up luffing toking abt another new spa concept . where the bath tub can pukes out milk n chocolate or even flower petals upon the selection of the user. gagag. andy semems lonely . as he's kidna da only guy in he grp he didnt tok much during the meet up but he did aid pear for explaining the actual concept idea as pear juz blurt everything. we all did quite alot today .

andy started on the authoring . n has been chasing after pear for all da graphics, but pear juz couldnt complete the graphic .as the composition of the building seems a little hard . n complicated . pear is becomgin a id soon as andy has said. sha n cat . wen on doing the web . with dreamweaver. they have created some pretyy cool icons. n buttons. we've took quite some photos . as we;'re working . conclusion .IMMPJ1 is pretty fun but . hmm tiring .too much work to do . okeiz .dats alll fer the day..

Day 3

and so, we have reached the third day of IMMPJ1. early morning, we have problem wakng up on time, and have to result in taking taxi, or seek help from parents. however, we managed to reach school about 8 plus, to mount all our completed storyboards, flowchart, 2 main and 2 sub papers for presentation later. we are supposed to be the third or fourth group to present, but due to catherine and pearlyn inside the toilet, our group is being pushed back to the last group to present. our hearts were thumping loudly when it was our turn. we have thought up what ever words we are supposed to say, in order to give a smooth presentation. however, during the presentation, most of us panicked and forgotten what we were supposed to say. pearlyn has made a very big effort by memorising all the words, as she is presenting on the art, 'concept'. syahida did the part on flowchart, catherine and andy did their parts on describing the two different navigation ways, and their story boards.

we were able to finish our presentation after several panicked moments. the lecturers had give alot of comments and reccommendations, and pointed out our mistakes directly.we realised almost all of our work has been done wrongly. although frustrating, but we do appreciates the feedbacks from our lecturers, will take all of them into considerations in order to produce a better application for our IMPJ1.

after the presentation, we went for our lunch.our group decided to discuss together while eating, but ends up, we find it difficult to discuss while we are eating. and so, we have not discussed anything while we are eating. coming back to the lesson, we have poblems thinkin of our new ideas for ammendments for our proposal. we kept linking to the movies nowadays for the level of technology in the future, after few hours of brainstorming, we resulted in asking ms ng, one of the lecturers, for help. she sais "have you looked into your research materials?"...and yeah, we do not know how and what to research on. ms ng, as being very helpful, (we really appreciates!),she showed us the website to looked into, and told us to refer to the websites in the reference drives too. from her, we found out alot of new things and ideas.

today we have edited our project proposal, and will look into editing the flowchart, storyboard, main and sub pages, navigation way, and all the graphic illustrations. yes, frustrating. and, because of all these, andy couldn't start his scripting in authoring today.

tonight, syahida will be editing the flowchart and type out the project proposal. all of us will be sketching new ideas of the building's structure. we will be choosing the best tomorrow. pearlyn will have to think of the new interior design of the building. catherine will be thinking of the new navigation way. catherine will have to call pearlyn tonight after thinking of the new navigation way, so that she can work on the new graphics. we will do the color scheme of the room together as a group tomorrow.

pearlyn has helped to gather all of our classmates' blog addresses and so that we can link theirs to our blog.

overall, today is a frustrating, headache day. but we will continue to work on our project. never gives up. =D!

day two, lethargic and hungry

day two of project

Stress is slowly creeping up on each of us, having to deal with the tight deadlines and also trying to make our presentation day a good one tomorrow. So far, our most productive day, though its only our second day into this 3 weeks torturing ordeal. We had our storyboard screenshots sketched out and our flowchart planned out. Each of us had came up with different design illustrations for each subpages and main pages the night before. We then executed and chose which we think was the best for the main page and sub-page. Pearlyn's was impressive. We thought she should be in interior architectural design than dmd. heh. Our mojojojo aka Mr andy Feng was the hero of the day, being the catalyst of the group with the fastest progession. Cat was in charge of the flowchart and also came up with a rad main page. i on the other side came to class a lil bit later as i was held up with personal problems at home. I helped along with everything that needs touching up, the flowchart and also in the designing of the main pages and sub-pages. We made each of our design illustrations useful, taking bits from each others' work. After being told Miss Ng that we shouldnt be doing everything together since that will eventually slow us down. We then distributed some works among each other and we finally know each of our responsibilities. Mr Mojojojo would be in charge of the scripting, Pear would be best friends with the graphics illustrations, Cat with Dreamweaver while me? According to our leader, i should be the word document person, so all words-related should come to me, and also the planner of schedules and keeping track of the deadline and things like that. I feel useless, but oh well, i hope we're all on the right track and helping each other 24/7. that should be our motto. haha.
ok. thats it for now, will write in tomorrow.

day 1 of our project-
so far so good. trying to agree with each other's opinion and arguing about sexists debates are horrific. solutions found-admit that the girls win.
the group has come up with 3 concepts but currently, only one has been accessed while the other 2 awaits the lecturers grilling. also, we have come up with a name of our product and a tagline.
pearln's working on the U.I together with Cat while syah is finalising the proposal ( we came together to brainstorm and work on improvements after our first one got rejected). i will be doing the logo design after we get approval of our concepts. meanwhile, i'm helping both Syah and pear and cat with th U.I and proposal

tomorrow, one of the 3 powerpuff girls shall update.
